  • How can I report an issue with my order?
    In case of a damaged product or production error, please contact me by providing a clear photo showing the problem within 30 days after delivery of the product. We will evaluate for a refund or replacement. Please note that for DTG products there is a tolerance of 0.5"; for print positioning, which means that small variations in print positioning will not be considered as defects.
  • Can I ask for a customised design?
    Evan DeCiren Does not create customised projects
  • How does Evan DeCiren handle refunds and returns?
    Evan DeCiren's products are unique and only produced once per order. This also means that returns and exchanges are not possible if you have ordered the wrong size or colour or have simply changed your mind. I do not accept returns.
